🔌 Banking Connector Status (Pluggy)
Snabber uses Pluggy, an institution accredited by Brazil's Central Bank, as its Open Finance integration provider. When a financial institution is experiencing instability or maintenance, the problem is usually on the bank's side — not Snabber's.

Itaú Bank consent screen does not work correctly on the Android app
During the Itaú Bank Open Finance authorization flow, the consent screen displays incorrect behavior in the Snabber Android app, preventing the account connection from completing. iOS and web users are not affected.

We opened a formal ticket with Pluggy, which identified the issue in the Android webview layer during the consent flow. The case was escalated to Itaú for correction on the financial institution's side. We await a response with a resolution timeline.
